Moeen U Ahmed
General Moeen Uddin Ahmed ndc, psc is a Bangladeshi army officer who has been appointed as the Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army in 15 June 2005. He was previously attached to diplomatic mission in Pakistan as a Defence Attachep , prior to that he served as a UN Peacekeeper in United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda.
Ahmed is the first to become the Army Chief from among the officers commissioned in independent Bangladesh and also the first established 4 star general after liberation war. General Moeen U Ahmed has helped the Bangladesh Caretaker Government in aid to civil power and restore democracy. Recently his period of service has been expanded for 1 year.
Moeen was the key force behind the declaration of emergency in the country on 11 January 2007 widely known as 1/11 phenomenon. He has been accused of playing a controversial role by helping the caretaker government of Bangladesh to retain power after constitution stipulated three months duration. Although never publicly admitted he has been identified as the main driving force behind the non-elected government but he has also been praised for not declaring martial law even though he had the opportunity to do so. He and the government has been accused domestically and globally to de-politicise the country. Hundreds of political figures including two ex-prime minsters, ministers, lawmakers and local government heads have been imprisoned by the regime accusing them of corruption. Although some of these figures were notoriously corrupt, most of them do not have any specific allegation against them. The regime's anti-corruption drive has been widely praised and criticised around the globe.
He is married to Begum Naznin Moeen and they have a son and a daughter.

By this time it is well known to all that you was the 'New Mir Jafor' of Bangladesh. People are treated you a traitor.
You have demolish our beloved country by so called 1/11. You wanted to be the President of the country. You have used officers like us for your own interest. We people could not do any thing against your action which would be treated as mutiny. Finally you could not fulfill your desire then leave the country to the Indian agent party . You made negotiations with Hasina for sharing power. But after the event you have seen how Hasina deceived you. You are a child to Hasina. Read "Amar Fashi Chai" again and again, then you can learn about her. You have removed me from DGFI to make the plan easy by Mamun. Many officers which you have deployed in 29Dec election informed me what they did to win BAL candidate was a sin. They are repented for this. by this time you and your brothers company collected and remitted thousand crore Taka to USA, Swis and Macao Banks.
You are a traitor, Munafiq, finally a thief. You have vanished many people for a bogus cause. Life of Begum Zia , Tarique, some politicians, businessmen and PMO officials had been vanished for your political wish. You have declared " Politics has been freed from family and Corruption free government" was nothing but a treachery with the nation.
Finally, you have killed our brightest officers like Gulzar, Imdad. their sons will not spare you.
May Allah vanish you and set you in the worst Jahannam "Habiah." Ameen.

সম্প্রতি একটি সংবাদপত্রে আর্টিকেল বের হয়েছ. সেখা নে দেখানো হয়েছে, পিলখানায় নিহত ৩৫ জন অফিসার সরাসরি মহাজোট সরকারের নেতাকর্মীদের সরাসরি আত্মীয়। যারা সরসরি ও যুক্তির ধারে কাছএ না গিয়ে ইশারা ইঙ্গিতে ইনিয়ে বিনিয়ে কথা বলতে পছন্দ করে, সেসব রাজনৈতিক টাউটরা কি বলল তাতে কিছুই আসে যায় না।
পিলখানার ঘটনায় নানক আজম না গিয়ে খালেদা নিজামী গেলে "কিছু ছিড়ে" আসতে পারতো। কারন তারাই এই ঘটনার বেনিফিশিয়ারী। সঙ্গত কারনেই (মোটিভ) সন্দেহ করা যায় তারাই জড়িত।
কিন্তু সব ষড়যন্ত্রকারীরা যা করে, এরাও সেদিন তাই করেছিল,গর্তে লুকিয়েছিল। আর এখন লাশ নিয়ে রাজনীতি করছে।

যে সেনাবাহীনির প্রধান তার চোখের সামনে ৭০ জনের মত অফিসারদের ধারাবাহিক কিলিং-এর পরও তাদের বাচানোর কোনো সাহস ও উদ্যগ নিতে পারেনা অদৃশ্য কারনে,তাকে কী বলা উচিত? তার সেনাপ্রধান পদে থাকাই উচিত নয়।
