Friday, February 24, 1939 Jamal Nazrul Islam (Bengali: জামাল নজরুল ইসলাম) is a famous physicist and mathematician of Bangladesh. Currently he is a professor of Chittagong University. He is the director of Research Centre for Mathematics and Physical Sciences (RCMPS) at Chittagong University.
