Naiyyum Choudhury

Dr Naiyyum Choudhury (Bengali: ডঃ নঈম চৌধুরী) is a biochemist from Bangladesh. He pioneered the development and adoption of the National Biotechnology policy of Bangladesh. He served as the Chairman of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, and also served many important positions in Bangladesh. He was also the IAEA Regional Cooperation Agreement (RCA) Chair person. He is also a fellow of Bangladesh Academy of Sciences (BAS), and is serving as the Secretary of BAS. He is also the contact person for Inter Academic Panel (IAP) of Bangladesh.

Qazi Motahar Hossain

Qazi Motahar Hossain (Bengali: কাজী মোতাহার হোসেন) is a famous Bangladeshi author, scientist, statistician and journalist. He is also renowned for his unique style of literature. He had intimate friendship with poet Kazi Nazrul Islam, Kazi Abdul Odud and many other eminent figures. He is well known as a chess genius.

Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah (Bengali: ড. এম এ মিয়া) was a reputed Bangladeshi nuclear scientist, the writer of a number of well-known texts in physics and some political history books, a former Chairman of the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission and husband of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
